After the creation of the Royal Artifacts, Viquina Zoiji traveled to the edge of the Corbo sector. Once there she gifted them to its sovereign ruler, Malcolm XXIII. After wearing the artifacts for no more than a week, he had been reduced to a paranoid feral beast.
