The Lazarus Vault and Vorgon the Eternal

After the conclusion of the War of Monarchs the unthinkable happened. During a scouting mission Orono and Nadia were subdued and captured after a battle that cost the Empire 900,000 soldiers. Intrigued by the power and experience the two possessed, the Sith Emperor sought to clone them. For three decades many scientists tried to replicate the undead Jedi but all failed. Several samples were taken from Orono's body until little but a robed skeleton remained. The true horror came for the scientists when they progressed to Nadia. Just before a hand could touch her, Orono's skeleton pulsed with crimson energy and charged at them. The fear-stricken men and women could only stand paralyzed as a red mist began to envelope them. That was the last thing they ever saw. Blood and organs swirled around Orono in a vortex as he restored himself to human form. It was then that he freed Nadia and discovered thousands of mutilated prisoners. Sensing the hatred they felt for the Empire, Orono gathered their souls together to create the deadliest creature ever devised: a Spirit Scourge. In place of a hundred thousand men there stood an immensely large Krayt dragon with jet black scales, dark red eyes and sinewy wings. Unlike other creatures, this beast had breath that could turn the strongest soldier into nothing but bone, the ability to breathe in the vacuum of space, increase its size one thousandfold and its scales were all but impenetrable. Naming itself Vorgon the Eternal, the beast agreed to follow Orono if it was allowed to slay its former captors. Within minutes Vorgon was upon the fortress that housed the "Boy Tyrant" and his family. The entirety of the Empire's forces were sent to kill the beast, but each returned either as liquid metal or a pile of bones. The "Boy Tyrant" was left with nothing but a set of swords and powered armor to defend himself. In a flash the twelve year old boy was in Vorgon's clutches and begging for mercy. However Vorgon was not in a merciful mood. Digging two of its talons into the boy's eyes it both bled him dry and burned him alive. As numerous Imperial corpses lay in burning piles, Orono and Nadia rode Vorgon back to Coruscant...
