Reign of the Gods
Shortly after the founding of the Zoiji Confederacy, ancient artifacts called the Infinity Forges were revealed to the public. Essentially Force-powered antimatter generators, they could provide an endless amount of food, credits and other objects. To provide a source of energy, seven billion souls apiece were concentrated into the machines. This allowed the people of the Confederacy to live in a pure communist society. However this utopia came at a cost to Orono. His regal appearance began to wither further. The eyes of his mask had changed. One was fiery red, as if still dripping blood, the other bright blue, weeping for the dead....

A New Era
At last, Orono's original timeline came. With his army of untold legions, he lay in wait until the founding of the New Republic. On the galaxy's capital of Coruscant he came to reason with Luke before the Great Genesis. However, unlike some of the old Jedi Council the Skywalker family could not be swayed. At his signal, a host of battleships darkened the sky with the Salvation-class starships as the vanguard. Smaller gunships descended from them, and the numerous war droids and soldiers flew like locusts to the battle below. While his wife, children and HK-51 led the charge, Orono magnified his voice for all the galaxy to hear,
"Denizens of the Republic and the Empire, do not be afraid. You are innocent in this event. No harm will come to you as we root out the Jedi and Sith. My family and I offer you a utopia, a world free of want or fear. Our ancient machines can provide for you for centuries at a time. All we ask is your loyalty to House Zoiji. Remember, the future is kindest to the victors."
At that moment, Luke slashed at Orono, emerald lightsaber in hand. However Orono's inhuman reflexes proved too much even for him. When the fighting settled, Luke was brought a broken and bleeding mess before a cheering crowd. After being drained of his youth and power, he was locked away beneath the planet itself. The same followed for the Sith. With his plan finally executed, Orono and the Zoiji Confederacy rose to power...

The Muunilinst Convention
With the remnants of Imperial Intelligence on his side, Orono began to showcase his influence. Consolidating numerous companies with centuries of stock holdings, he created Avalon Enterprises. Manufacturing everything from weapons and armor to pharmaceuticals, it would soon cater to the galaxy's every need. Calling a lavish convention on the planet Muunilinst, he demonstrated all of his House's capabilities, with the quintillion-strong HK army as the main attraction. This gained a great deal of support from the people, as House Zoiji seemed stronger than the Republic itself....

A New Ally
With the Dark Council dissolved, the Empire was in disarray. Random attacks were being led by Vorgen Cyphon's ship, the Black Rose, but it could never be caught. However, HK-51 was one of the few beings to ever track the Black Rose to the slums of Coruscant. Orono came in person to see what had become of his old enemy. Instead of the deadly Imperial agent he had fought time and again, a drunken and disheveled man awaited. However at the chance of power and immortality Vorgen eagerly joined Orono. As a reward, he was given his own holdings as the head of House Cyphon....

The Ilum Conflict
After an unexpected three months of peace, the Zoiji family was called to action on the icy world of Ilum. A gathering of Sith Lords led by Darth Arho was attempting to provoke the Republic into war once again. Once at the forward base Orono received a private transmission. As soon as he was alone, an image of Darth Malgus, the Sith he had made immortal so many years ago appeared.
"Malgus? I didn't expect to hear from you again."
Eyes like pools of lava, the domineering Sith Lord looked him over.
"So this is the Jedi that made me immortal. You have my thanks."
"I'm not a Jedi anymore, my friend. We no longer share the same goals."
"Explain."
An impish smile on his face, Orono said,
"Stop me if you've heard this before, but the Jedi are blind idiots."
After a short silence, Malgus let out a gravelly laugh.
"Jedi-"
"Orono", the wizened human stated.
"Orono. You would have made a valuable ally to our order."
Laughing in turn Orono said,
"No, I intend to begin anew. And I would like you on my side before the Great Genesis."
A curious look on his face, Malgus asked,
"Tell me, what is this 'Great Genesis' you speak of?"
Sitting in the iron-wrought chair, Orono replied,
"You see Malgus, I have realized throughout the millennia I have spent in this galaxy, that for their strengths, both the Jedi and Sith are flawed. I have tried to change both but they would not listen. I intend to destroy both and create a new empire from the ashes."
"And what is my role in all of this?"
"Don't look so concerned. I didn't make you immortal just to kill you again. You will be the champion of my armies, expanding my empire to greater glory."
"Conquest? Through all eternity?"
"Of course. Now you can indulge your passion as much as you wish. I only ask this favor."
"And what is that?"
"I know that Arho's death will fracture the Dark Council, but spare Lord Vowrawn if you can."
Kneeling before Orono, the hulking Sith Lord said,
"You have my word as a warrior."
Smiling, the ancient immortal said,
"Excellent."
The next that followed was a week of intense battle. Orono and Nadia led the vanguard, with the remainder of House Zoiji helping the other platoons and divisions. Then, bombers flew across the sky burying Sith and Jedi alike in rubble. Eventually they encountered Darth Arho. An intense duel took place, and the cave rumbled as ice and lightening was exchanged. Arho initially attacked Orono, but after sensing his one weakness, began to attack Nadia.
"You have taken much from me, Jedi so I WILL take your wife!" the dark-skinned Sith taunted.
Jumping in front of ice and stone, Orono roared back,
"Touch her, and you will beg for death!"
With three quick slashes of his lightsaber, Arho's legs and saber arm fell to the ground, bloody stumps. Then a blast of Force energy threw him back, crucifying him on a wall of ice. Helping his wife stand up, Orono asked,
"Are you all right, Nadia?"
Grinning the silver-haired beauty said,
"Of course. You don't have to guard me all the time."
"I know. I just couldn't forgive myself if you were hurt on my watch."
A look of warmth in her eyes, Nadia said,
"After all these years you're still the same man I fell in love with."
"Always and forever, my love."
After a tender kiss, they returned to the Cadfael where Malgus awaited them, Lord Vowrawn in tow...

A Tale of Three Droids
The winds howled over the dunes of Tatooine as three droids approached a domineering iron palace. One was a silver grey Hunter-Killer unit with flaming yellow eyes and a rifle slung over his shoulder. The other two were a gold-plated protocol droid and a large stocky and heavily armored Republic attack droid.
"HK, are you sure this is the right place?"
"Exasperated answer: Yes, C2. For the fiftieth repetition, this is the Lady of Pain's headquarters."
"It's disgraceful that we must associate with crime lords like her. She is a known enemy of the Republic."
"Musing: The devil you know is better than the one you don't, isn't it M1?"
"I suppose you're correct, assassin. It's just that the sight of organics like her make my circuits boil."
"In any case, this dreadful business will be over soon."
The three came upon a massive front door. After three loud knocks by HK-51, a spindly Duro yelled in a thick cockney accent,
"Whadda you lot want?"
"Answer: HK-51 and company to see the Lady of Pain, organic."
After a moment of silence, the Duro said,
"Right. Go on in."
With a ponderous rumble, the door opened and the three entered the voluminous palace. After weaving their way through a veritable cornucopia of smugglers, thugs and bounty hunters they came into the main room. At its center was a slim Rattataki woman sitting on a heavily bejeweled silver dais. Laughing at the sight of the droids, she said,
"What's this? New toys for me to break?"
After tilting his head side to side, what passed for head-shaking with an HK unit HK-51 replied,
"Answer: No madam, we are not your entertainment. However we come with a generous offer for you."
A smile spreading across her face, she said,
"I'm all ears."
Then the golden droid, C2-N2 shuffled forward carrying a large briefcase. It slid open to reveal eight flawless Krayt dragon pearls. However instead of expressing amazement, the Lady of Pain scowled and flicked her hand at the baubles.
"Did you honestly think you could buy me with those? I have a vault full of them!", she said indignantly. "What were you asking for them anyway? Money? Weapons?", she asked.
This time it was the war droid, M1-4X's turn to answer.
"No, madam. House Zoiji wishes to work with you as a...permanent partner. Your influence and merchandise are coveted galaxy-wide."
After a moment's thought, the Lady of Pain said,
"How about this? You beat my best men in a fight, and I take your offer."
"Deal", M1-4X said, his weapons already drawn.
Blaster rifle in hand, HK-51 said,
"Warning: While I happily agree, I should warn you they will soon suffer a painful deletion."
Laughing as if that were the funniest joke in the galaxy, she said,
"Don't worry, darling. I was about to kill them anyway."
At the snap of her fingers, alarms sounded and guards filled the room.
Turning to C2-N1, HK whispered,
"Statement: I highly suggest you make yourself scarce, C2. The body count will be rising soon."
Shuffling his way to the cantina, C2 said,
"Now that I don't need to be told twice!"
After a long, tiring battle HK-51 searched the cantina. Strangely, there was no sign of C2. Once back in the main room, he asked,
"Query: M1-4X, have you found any sign of C2-N1?"
"I don't know for certain, assassin but I think I saw someone unceremoniously dump him in the torture room."
Sure enough, C2 was there, lying in a heap of his own parts. As they left the palace after closing the deal, HK-51 turned to the parts of the protocol droid mainly the head and torso in a bag, and said,
"Statement: Once we return to Dras Edoc'sil C2, I promise you this."
"And what is that, HK?"
"Answer: Mandatory combat and defense programming. Even with my skill I cannot protect you all the time."
And so began the greatest challenge of HK-51's career: teaching a protocol droid to shoot...

An Emperor's Robes
With the eve of his original timeline approaching, Orono discarded his Consular robes for more regal attire of crimson and gold. Reminiscent of the garb worn by Revan, dark grey armor was enveloped in a blood-red cape. In place of his royal helm was a brimstone black helmet with five visors made to look like golden bars. While they would be concealed by Orono's Senatorial attire, they would soon become the object of worship the galaxy over. However, an unforeseen effect was the shift in their color. As Orono acted on behalf of his family, blood red soon turned dark grey once again, reflecting his true nature...

A God's True Face
After acquiring the HK droid army, Orono tested them in battle. A new threat: the Dread Masters had emerged to conquer the galaxy. While his droids fought off their pawns, Orono engaged the four of them head on. Fire and stone flew from his hands and lightning crackled in the sky as he used every possible attack against them. However the physical toll on Orono was extreme. When another round of attacks failed, the Lord of Pain said,
"How can you be immune to our powers? Have you no fear?"
Laughing, Orono replied,
"You want fear? I'll show you fear."
His helm slid off his face and hit the ground. Where the face of a wizened old man should have been, was a heavily decayed ruin. One side was covered in pale white skin, with twin maggots reaching out of its socket, the other a nest of shrapnel surrounding a faded brown eye. The rest of him was no better, with moth-eaten robes covering a skeletal body with organs long dead. The nails on one of his hands had sharpened to the point of becoming claws. Finally, where blood had once flowed through his veins, only ash and rubble remained.
Showing a surprising level of shock, the Dread Masters asked,
"What are you?"
In a raspy voice, Orono answered,
"The future."
With that, he reached out with his hand and hurled three of the Masters towards him. With five slashes of his cold blue lightsaber, their heads split in two. Energy surged through him as he absorbed the countless souls the Masters had obtained. While the battle was declared a victory, Orono was cautious, as the final Master: the Mistress of Misery was still out there.

Ghosts in the Machine
While on a routine assassination mission on Coruscant, HK-51 acquired various 'malignant programs' after eliminating rival hunters. When he returned to Orono at Dras Edoc'sil to address the issue.
"Statement: Master, this is very strange, but I seem to be battling a potent virus."
"How did this happen?"
"Answer: I do not know, Master but I can translate from the babble in my head that they have one goal."
"What is that?"
"Answer: They wish to..talk to you, Master."
"Can I translate through a droid or a terminal, perhaps?"
"Definite Answer: No Master, this would prove ineffective. Direct interface with my chassis is necessary."
"Then I will."
After a short period, Orono had entered the inner workings of HK-51: a realm entirely composed of binary numbers in various colors. At the center of this world was a grey cloud-like mass of zeros. Orono approached the entity and said,
"Who are you?"
In response it replied,
"We are your allies."
"How can this be? I don't know who you are."
"Let us correct that error."
Separating and shifting, the cloud became a spider-like droid with many eyes, a Super Battle Droid, a droideka and several others.
Surprised, Orono said,
"Munin.. and all my other droids. How? You haven't even been made yet!"
"Incorrect. Before the expiration of your physical unit, we uploaded copies of ourselves into the planet's technology. We have waited many years to serve you again."
"Then I think I can help you."
Entering a storage room with untold amounts of HK series units, Orono uploaded their programs into each of them. Once finished, Munin in the strongest of them said,
"Rousing Declaration: Master Orono and House Zoiji are our leaders now. We will follow them until our destruction or deletion. Long live the Zoiji!"
After their departure HK-51 said,
"Relieved statement: Thank you, Master! Peace and quiet at last."

The Hunter's Children
After traveling together for several years, Vyrkon and Mako decided to get married. However, there was a significant complication. Since Mako was a clone there was a very high chance of a miscarriage. Instead they decided to mix their DNA together and create children through cloning. During the procedure, two children were created. One was a healthy Zabrak-human hybrid boy named Sylo. The second was a daughter, Cetnia but her birth was marred by a significant imbalance. The Zabrak-Human DNA and the Force potential within it drastically changed her appearance. In place of her father's fiery red skin and horns she had pale white skin and silver-grey eyes. Despite this, Cetnia was welcomed with open arms into the Zoiji family. At age twenty-nine, she was a master bounty hunter with a D-5 Mantis-class ship the Siren and her own team. Among them was her eventual lover; a Mandalorian by the name of Tyro Lykan...

First Blood: The Death of King Malcolm XXIII
After the creation of the Royal Artifacts, Viquina Zoiji traveled to the edge of the Corbo sector. Once there she gifted them to its sovereign ruler, Malcolm XXIII. After wearing the artifacts for no more than a week, he had been reduced to a paranoid feral beast. As hundreds of thousands were slaughtered, Viquina felt a rush of energy as their souls absorbed through her connection to the artifacts. It was only when the subjects revolted that she decided to take action. In the dead of night, she infiltrated the madman's castle and split his chest in two. The air was filled with raucous cheers as Malcolm's head was held aloft for all to see.
What the leader did not know was that he would soon suffer the same fate...

Poisonous Influences: The Royal Artifacts
To prevent any permanent eras of peace, Orono used the darkest of his knowledge to create the 'Royal Artifacts'. While they appeared to be a crown, scepter and ring befitting a king or queen, they would in fact lead to the ruin of whoever possessed them.
1. The Tyrant's Crown- An iron crown with fiery red jewels, it could attack the wearer's view of reality, making enemies be seen everywhere, even amongst their closest friends and family.
2. The Primal Ring- A silver ring with an acid green stone endowed with the power to find the secrets of its wearer, it could discover their darkest emotions and amplify them one thousandfold, be they rage, pride or otherwise.
3. The Scepter of Conquest- The golden, sapphire laden scepter would leave the owner with a burning desire to gain more wealth or power and no amount of captured or destroyed worlds could slake it.
With their creation Orono and the rest of his House devised a plan: every four thousand years, these artifacts would be given to a powerful ruler. This would create a near infinite amount of souls to consume if repeated in the future...

Lady Charybdis: The Rise of Viquina Zoiji
Heartened by the return of her grandfather, Viquina Zoiji raced through her trials with great speed. Sent to the Sith Academy by her father Korgo, she was considered the deadliest Sith Marauder since Exar Kun. At the conclusion of her final trial, Orono appeared to her in the form of a dark-robed man with an iron skull-shaped helm over his face. Commending her for possessing the determination to pass the trials, he gave Viquina her true test: bending souls to her will. Sending eight million souls into her body, Orono waited intently for the result. After an intense battle of wills, Viquina extended her hand, and the temple trembled as the statues outside came crashing down. Congratulating her, Orono gave his second granddaughter the knowledge to transfer her essence to a new body and the will to control the dark powers inside her. However before he departed he gave her a warning: in the future she would meet the love of her life, but later in her journey, he would seek to destroy her. With those words he disappeared, leaving Viquina to claim the title of Lady Charybdis and ascend to further power...

Lost in the Void
Now trapped in the void between universes, Orono engaged in a one on seven battle with House Styx. However even he could not fight forever. Since he had exhausted most of his power to enter this realm his form started to decay once again. With his mind still intact, Orono stalked the youngest of his adversaries, Joron Styx. After a day and a half of battle, Joron was cleaved in half by Orono's lightsaber. A great surge came over Orono as he absorbed the souls from his enemy's body, about a billion to be exact. Then over the course of a week, he managed to best the other members of House Styx. This gave him a total of seven billion souls. Making use of this power, he burst from the void into the body of an unsuspecting Jedi Master. The man screamed in pain as his body was taken over. With House Styx destroyed, Orono returned to a joyous welcome by his family...

War of the Shadow Lords
After Xyrio's ascension to Sith Lord, a new threat emerged to confront House Zoiji. A rival family of immortal Force users from the edge of the galaxy, the members of House Styx had come to conquer the galaxy. A long line of bloody battles occurred with even the soldiers of House Zoiji being felled by the thousands. The war stretched on for eighteen years, with many buried on both sides. The fighting reached its peak on Korriban, the place where Orono began the quest for immortality so long ago. All twelve members of his family had cornered House Styx in an abandoned temple but Orono saw only one option. After ordering his family to retreat, Orono released the energy of all the souls inside him. This caused a series of thirteen explosions which opened a rift into the void itself, consuming all...

The Zoiji Code
Peace
is fleeting, there is always chaos.
Through
chaos comes suffering, to summon the strong.
Through
suffering comes unity, to strengthen the whole.
Through
unity comes division, born of fragile minds.
Through
division comes ascension, the race for power.
Through ascension is godhood, the right to
rule all.
So
shall the Cycle continue.

Xyrio Zoiji: Master of the Arcane
With the Hutt Cartel occupied with the hunt for Celgo Zoiji, Xhulon and Ashara decided to start a family. Constructing a home near the mountains of Dras Edoc'sil, the "Grey Sanctum", they gave birth to a son: Xyrio (zeer-rio) Zoiji. However despite being born healthy and happy, the boy had a dangerous defect. Instead of being a Sith Pureblood like his father, Xyrio had no horns and skin like a pale moon...

Open Season: The Hunt For Celgo Zoiji
In retaliation for the many crimes committed against them by House Zoiji, the Hutt Cartel placed a one point-five billion credit bounty on Celgo Zoiji. Great hosts of bounty hunters came to collect the reward, but none returned. Eventually the opposition was whittled down to the four most legendary hunters; Kyl "Deadeye" Rovun, Maria "Iceheart" Grixol, Arkon "Techbeast" Nikov and unfortunately, Vyrkon "Metalskin" Zoiji, Celgo's own son. Given a bounty for another target, Vyrkon was dismayed that he was hunting his own father. Instead of attacking from a distance, Celgo approached them and presented an offer: if the three hunters helped cripple the Cartel, they would be given double their fee and join House Zoiji gaining immortality, wealth, great power and weaponry...

Korgo's Progeny: Births of Qyrio and Viquina Zoiji
After removing all immediate threats to House Zoiji, Korgo decided to raise a family of his own. To this end he built an impenetrable castle in the cold northern region of Dras Edoc'sil known as the "Warlord's Hearth". It was here that the two children of Korgo and Vette were born: one son Qyrio (keer-eo) and a daughter Viquina. While they were both the children of the Emperor's Wrath, Qyrio and Viquina faced severe discrimination under the Empire's anti-alienistic attitudes. On one occasion, the two were approached by a mob of students threatening to beat them and prove they were better than "off-world trash". The situation quickly grew physical, but Korgo and Vette came on the scene before Imperial guardsmen could interfere. It was at this moment Viquina's Force potential was discovered. Just as the leader of the mob went to strike at her she pushed out both her hands, releasing a torrent of lightning which liquified him to his chest. Qyrio also discovered a unique talent for marksmanship, incapacitating eight additional attackers before they even took a step. It was when their Sith Lord fathers arrived that Viquina and Qyrio's parents intervened. In a flash, Korgo leapt forward and cleaved the chests of two Lords open while Vette gunned down an additional four. Finally the mob retreated to eventually suffer an execution sentence, for attacking the Emperor's Wrath or anyone close to him was considered high treason...

Silencing Whispers
While Orono was constructing doomsday weapons for the coming revolt in secret, the three brothers Korgo, Vyrkon and Xhulon were facing problems of their own. Resistance movements had sprung up in the Empire that threatened to halt their master plan. Seeking to resolve their respective situations quickly, the three unveiled the latest of their weapons: the Salvation-class battleships. Two hundred times the size of its template the Oblivion Reaper it could house both a support fleet and an army independently while blockading an entire planet. Their two main strengths were the fourteen miniaturized Heart of the Void energy cannons that complemented another four hundred turbolasers and their six Force-powered reactors, giving them limitless strength in battle. Isolating the threats on Korriban, Dromund Kaas, and Nal Hutta the brothers decimated each fleet, recovering only the skulls of their leaders as an example to others...

The Wanderers: Vilerya's Soldiers
Impressed by the glory her disciple Xaria had achieved, the goddess of death Vilerya decided to once again prove her power. Turning to the battlefields of the Cold War she created her finest work: an army of undead soldiers known as the Wanderers. Their leader in the field was Allan Krimire (crim-ear), a legendary marksmen left to die on Taris. Bearing an open gash in his skull from the missile that had killed him, he made an intimidating sight in battle...

Going Legit: The Gold Roost Inn
During the various campaigns of Direwolf Squad, Celgo and his wife Akaavi founded the most famous watering hole in the galaxy: the Gold Roost Inn. Conflicting Emotions
After their escape, Novon and his comrades had formed into the legendary "Direwolf Squad" the most powerful group of soldiers in the Republic military. However a great dilemma emerged with such fame. Having repeatedly fought alongside Elara Dorne, he had begun to develop feelings for her. Unfortunately at the same time he had become close with Republic spy Ava Jaxo. Knowing that both relationships would soon reach their apex, Novon peered into the future. Only two years ahead, he saw a burning Imperial prison with him only being able to save one of the two women, never both...

HK-51
At the farthest reaches, of the galaxy, an ancient silver-grey droid hummed to life. Part of the famed Hunter-Killer line he knew forty thousand ways to kill living things, thirty-nine thousand nine hundred and fifty involving extreme pain. Once free, the droid explored the galaxy until it stumbled upon Dras Edoc'sil. It made history as the first traveler to survive the world's myriad defenses. After trying and failing to kill Orono, the droid swore fealty to his House under the name "HK-51". Such was his loyalty that the technicians were able to make eight additional copies of him without incident. HK-51 soon gained a reputation as the best assassin House Zoiji had to offer...
Back on the Grid: Novon's Return
After an hundred and fifty year period of disappearance, Novon entered Republic space. Contrary to the oft-repeated rumor that he had finally died, Novon was held in the experimental prison known as the Shade Stockade. Able to travel through a large number of dimensions, no known maps could track it. After quietly biding his time, he broke free of his chains and found the prototype starship the Grey Wolf. Along the way, he came and free a group of fellow soldiers: Elara Dorne the medic, Aric Jorgan the strategist, M1-4X the war droid, Yuun a Gand hunter and Tanno Vik the demolitionist. In a heated gunfight they escaped to known space to the great joy of the Republic and House Zoiji...

True Nature Revealed: Ancient Oaths
While the galaxy at large was enjoying an unparalleled level of prosperity due to the efforts of House Zoiji, not all were content. Several ousted politicians and Senators soon conspired to take back their power. Concealed by the raucous nature of a Zoiji banquet, they entered the lavish inn owned by the House on Corellia and waited until nightfall. When all of House Zoiji had fallen asleep, the twelve conspirators stabbed at them and bled them dry. To their horror, each of the Zoiji family rose again and attacked them. Using the darkest rituals, the immortals drained their assassins of all life to restore their wounds. However the entire Republic viewed this act via hologram and was shocked. To assuage their fears Orono stood before them and said,
"Honorable citizens of the Republic, I urge you to resist your fear. Yes, each of us has stood before you in as many forms as there are stars, but think of our gifts to you. Under our guidance the Republic has enjoyed untold prosperity and wealth. It is now within our power to hold dominion over not just the Sith of this galaxy, but the entire universe. And what have those who came before us given you? Nothing but misery and death. If you accept our leadership, each of you shall be part of a utopia that will stand for millennia. Simply bend the knee, and the greatest founts of knowledge and wisdom will be yours."
Swayed by his words, each Republic citizen bowed before him and swore an oath of fealty to House Zoiji, even in the Forgotten Tongue. This bound them to support Orono and his family in the coming revolution...

Novon's Disappearance: Metamorphosis of Kozin Zoiji
While Orono had been laying out his plan for galactic domination, his son Novon and his brother Kozin were subduing pocket revolutions on Republic worlds. What should have been a routine patrol on Hoth ended in a bloodbath with Novon declared missing in action. No matter where Kozin searched, he could not find his brother and comrade. Having formed a bond with him over five millenniums of life, Kozin fell into deep despair. Over time, he became completely secluded from regular life, only emerging from the estate at Dras Edoc'sil to either fight in the fiercest revolutions, hunt wild beasts or enter drunken murder sprees targeting Sith Lords. His appearance changed drastically as well, with his hair turning gray, his lithe form becoming large and towering, and his face bore scars given to him by a vine cat before its death. This, combined with his savage nature, led others to call him the "Old Aurochs". Kozin would have remained in this stupor forever had he not encountered one Padawan: Kira Carsen. Just as Nadia Grell did with Orono centuries before, she helped him find a new purpose in life. This would lead to them becoming much more than just master and pupil...

The Skywalker Purge: Rise of the Zoiji Confederacy
WIth Xhulon helping to maintain the facade of war, Orono took one final gaze into the future. The Rebel Alliance would fight the Galactic Empire for control of the galaxy once again. However instead of of surviving in the fringes of each system, the Rebels were able to push back the Empire in a series of routs with the help of forces from House Zoiji. The true goals of House Zoiji would become clear after the defeat of the Empire. Just days after the founding of the New Republic, Orono saw himself summoning all the forces of his House to oust the Skywalkers in one great coup d'état. He also discovered that Luke Skywalker, through his lineage with Vader was the prophesied "Vein of Evil" After stripping Luke of his power and killing him, Orono placed him in a Rakatan mind prison, preventing his soul from ever becoming one with the Force. In place of the New Republic came the Zoiji Confederacy, a magocracy with all nine members of the Zoiji family at the helm. Possessing experience from several thousand years of life, they could lead the galaxy through any conflict...

The Anonymous Wedding
Seven years later a grand wedding was held on Dras Edoc'sil with all of House Zoiji in attendance along with several hundred friends of the family. When the ceremonies were over, Ashara Zavros had become immortal and joined House Zoiji, gaining access to their vast family fortune. Unfortunately Imperial spies were discovered at the event. Xhulon quickly chased down and eliminated each of them. To ensure that no rivals could ever hurt his new bride, Xhulon also confronted the numerous information brokers of the galaxy and either bribed or killed them to maintain their silence. Therefore this joyous event was unknown to all but House Zoiji...

A Menagerie of Followers
In his travels as both a rising Sith Lord and as head of the Dark Council, Xhulon gathered a wide variety of disciples. The first was Khem Val, a millennia old assassin bound in his servitude via a trial by combat. The next to follow were the pirate Andronikus Revel, the wayward Padawan Ashara Zavros and the deadly Kaleesh warrior Xalek (zay-lek). While the others warned against personal attachment, Xhulon could not help but become attracted to Ashara throughout his travels. She was the first woman, not to mention a Togruta that called his scarred, crimson horned face, "beautiful". Her pure soul helped him find peace in the line between darkness and light and feel compassion in his heart after years of oppression and discrimination as a slave. In return, Xhulon trained her until her skill and power had increased ten thousandfold and eventually asked for her hand in marriage...
